Trials

Praise be to the LORD, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

  ~Psalm 68:19~

I lift up my eyes to the hills--where does my help com from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Rejoice

I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God.

~Isaiah 61:10~

But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation.

My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you--I, whom you have redeemed.

  ~Psalm 71:23~

I rejoice in your promise like one who finds great spoil.

Contentment

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content with whatever the circumstances.

  ~Philippians 4:11~

But godliness with contentment is great gain.  

~1 Timothy 6:6~

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." 

 ~Hebrews 13:5~

Thankful

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.

  ~Psalm 100:4~

Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

  ~Psalm 106:1~

Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

  ~1 Thessalonians 5:18~

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.....
